Examples of Our Initiatives

Overseas Processing(Deboning, Filleting, and Value-Added Products)

Through our partner factories in Vietnam, China, and Thailand, we procure raw materials locally as well as from Japan—including mackerel, horse mackerel, and white fish—and perform processing such as deboning and flaking.
By establishing a system that enables a stable supply at competitive costs, we provide a wide range of products tailored to mass retailers and the foodservice industry.

Domestic Processing(Marinated Fish, Dried Fish, and Fried Products)

Using fish sourced from major fishing regions in Japan—including Hokkaido, Sanriku, and Kyushu—we process products at our domestic partner facilities, producing marinated fish, fillets, sashimi-grade products, and fried items.
Focusing on the safety and reliability of domestic ingredients, we also develop high-value-added products for department stores and specialty retailers.
